Hi, I’m Lindsey Carpenter, a REALTOR® with Evergreen Real Estate Partners and a proud Vancouver, WA native. I am honored to serve 20+ families and investors each year as they buy, sell, or invest in real estate, and I’m committed to serving every client with professionalism, integrity, and true expertise.
My journey into real estate grew out of my passion for entrepreneurship and home design—starting with the tiny house on wheels that I built and sold to fund the down payment for my first real estate investment —a fixer-upper duplex that needed more love than we realized. That experience taught me a lot—about renovations, investments, and what I did (and definitely didn’t) want in a real estate experience. Today, in addition to being an agent, I’m also an experienced real estate investor and landlord, which allows me to offer hands-on, practical insight to clients at every stage of homeownership and wealth-building.
