Jacqueline Smith is the CEO of Evergreen Real Estate Partners and a Founding Partner at PLACE, leading one of the top-performing real estate organizations in the Pacific Northwest.
What began in 2014 with a drive to create a better path for her family has grown into a high-performance real estate organization known for excellence, leadership development, and world-class client experience. Jacqueline built Evergreen on the belief that real estate is one of the most significant financial decisions people make and that clients deserve a team that treats that responsibility with precision, integrity, and care.
Under her leadership, Evergreen has sold more than 2000 homes and continues to expand across Washington and Oregon. She takes the work seriously because it matters: the decisions clients make today shape their financial future, their stability, and their options for decades.
Excellence is not a marketing word at Evergreen; it is a standard. Every system, process, and conversation is designed to protect clients, create clarity, and deliver results that stand the test of time.
